Located in the exclusive development of Punta Ballena, home to the famous Auberge Esperanza Resort, Casa Maravillas has a Colonial inspired design, boasting four spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located inside the main house, two of them with ocean views; the fourth bedroom known as the casita, has its own entrance and is located in the courtyard. The kitchen, dining room and living room all have ocean views and are perfect for entertaining.
The backyard is designed for those seeking shade & sun, chances are you won’t want to leave. There is a covered terrace perfect for your afternoon siesta or reading your favorite book as well as an outdoor palapa where you can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast prepared by one of our chefs. You have your own private heated pool & Jacuzzi as well as a built in gas BBQ.
Guests have access to the Punta Ballena beach club & the Esperanza spa & restaurants, which are a short walk away. There are also walking paths & tennis courts at your disposal. Great home! amazing views and very short walk to an amazing beach. The beach club is also great for bkfast and working out. But honestly, almost no need to leave the home as everything can be brought to you by lifestyle villas.

all of us were very pleased with the home and beautiful terrace. The house is very well equipped and maintained for a property that has been leased. It is for sure managed by an exceptional company that will take care of all your needs with anything within reason. I for sure request this property again.
